Welcome to Ahlbyt Portal! Before you start using our platform, we want to make sure you understand how things work. By using Ahlbyt Portal, you’re agreeing to these terms—so please take a moment to read them. If you don’t agree, you might want to skip using our services.

This agreement ("Agreement") is between you (customer) and Ahlbyt Technologies ("Ahlbyt," "we," "us," or "our"). By using Ahlbyt Portal, its voice services, applications, or any Ahlbyt-enabled product, you agree to these Terms of Use, including any applicable privacy policies, usage guidelines, and related agreements. If you do not accept these terms, you may not use Ahlbyt Portal.

 

1. Definitions

  • "Ahlbyt Portal" refers to our smart Islamic device and digital ecosystem, including voice services, software, and related applications.
  • "Ahlbyt App" means the mobile or web application that provides access to Ahlbyt Portal’s settings, content, and services.
  • "Ahlbyt-Enabled Product" refers to any product, application, or device that connects to and uses Ahlbyt Portal services.
  • "Ahlbyt Interactions" include all user inputs, responses provided by Ahlbyt Portal, and interactions with third-party services integrated with the device.
  • "Third-Party Service" refers to any application, skill, or content provided by a third party that is accessible through Ahlbyt Portal

 

2. Using Ahlbyt Portal

2.1 Access Requirements An Ahlbyt-Enabled Product and an internet connection are required to use Ahlbyt Portal. Some services may not be available in all regions and may require additional fees or subscriptions.

2.2 Personal and Non-Commercial Use You may use Ahlbyt Portal for personal and non-commercial purposes only, subject to our Acceptable Use Policy.

2.3 Data and Privacy Ahlbyt Portal may process and store user interactions, including preferences, and settings, to improve services and personalize experiences. Users can manage privacy settings, including the ability to delete stored interactions.

2.4 Voice and Visual Recognition Ahlbyt Portal may offer features like Voice ID and Visual ID (on compatible devices) to enhance personalization. Users can enable or disable these features through settings

3. Third-Party Services and Products

3.1 Third-Party Services Ahlbyt Portal may integrate with Third-Party Services (e.g., Quran & Dua recitations, Islamic channels). Using these services is subject to both this Agreement and any applicable third-party terms.

3.2 Third-Party Products Ahlbyt-Enabled Products may include third-party hardware or firmware updates. Ahlbyt is not responsible for third-party products or services, their functionality, or any associated risks.

4. Premium Features and Purchases

4.1 Subscriptions and Premium Features Certain features may require a subscription or one-time purchase in the future. Subscription terms and conditions apply. 

4.2 Purchases Through Ahlbyt Portal Users may be able to purchase content or services through Ahlbyt App. All purchases are subject to Ahlbyt’s refund and return policies.

5. General Terms

5.1 Functionality and Availability Ahlbyt Portal may use machine learning and various data sources to provide responses and recommendations. We do not guarantee that all content is accurate or always available.

5.2 Modifications We may update, modify, or discontinue features of Ahlbyt Portal at any time without notice. Continued use of Ahlbyt Portal after updates constitutes acceptance of changes.

5.3 Termination We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to Ahlbyt Portal if users violate these terms.

5.4 Disputes Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved under the applicable governing laws.
