Returns – Quick & Hassle-Free!
We do our best to make sure your Ahlbyt Portal arrives perfectly, but if it shows up damaged or defective, we’ll make it right!
Here’s how it works:
- Let us know ASAP: If your device is damaged or defective, email us at support@ahlbyt.com within 5 days of receiving it.
- Pack it up properly: Returns must include everything that came with your Ahlbyt Portal—the device, accessories, and original packaging.
- Ship it within 5 business days: Once your return is approved, send it back within 5 days to keep things moving smoothly.
- Keep it safe: If parts are missing or the device gets damaged during return shipping because of poor packaging, we may apply a deduction to your refund or deny the return.

Return Shipping – Who Pays?
- If your item arrived defective or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping with a prepaid label.
- For all other returns (like if you changed your mind), you’ll need to cover the return shipping cost yourself. Please provide us with the tracking number once shipped.
Refund Policy – Get Your Money Back
Not totally satisfied? No problem—you have 14 days from the day you receive your Ahlbyt Portal to request a return and refund.
What qualifies for a refund?
- The device should be in like-new condition (no dents, scratches, or signs of heavy use).
- It must include all accessories and be returned in original packaging.
If anything is missing or the device has damage that wasn’t there before, we may partially refund the amount or decline the return.
How & When Do You Get Your Refund?
- Your refund will go back to the original payment method.
- Once we receive your return and review it, please allow 7-14 business days for processing.
- After that, depending on your bank, it may take another 7 days to show up in your account.
- Prefer an exchange instead? No problem! We’ll send you the same product as a replacement.
Restocking Fees – Just a Heads Up!
If your return isn’t due to a defect or damage, we charge a 20% restocking fee (to cover handling and inspection).
Also, shipping fees are non-refundable for non-defective returns.
Cancellation Policy – Changed Your Mind? No Worries!
If you need to cancel an order, just let us know ASAP by emailing support@ahlbyt.com.
- Before it ships? You’ll get a full refund – no questions asked!
- After it ships? We’ll refund you for the item, but not for the shipping charges or any restocking fees.

We stand behind our product! Every Ahlbyt Portal comes with a 12-month standard warranty from the date of shipment.
What’s Covered?
- Manufacturer defects
- Hardware malfunctions that aren’t caused by mishandling
What’s Not Covered?
- Damage caused by accidents, drops, or spills
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Using the device with unauthorized accessories or software
To claim your warranty, you may need to provide proof of purchase.
You can extend your Ahlbyt Portal Warranty
Your Ahlbyt Portal comes with a 12-month standard warranty. Now, you have the option to extend your coverage for an additional 12 months, ensuring a total of 24 months of warranty protection.
Extended Warranty Coverage
- Product Eligibility: Ahlbyt Portal series
- Applicable Purchases: Orders placed after March 1, 2025
- Coverage: All parts affected by manufacturing defects
- Warranty Claims: Requires original purchase receipt or invoice
- Terms: Follows the same conditions as the standard warranty
With the extended warranty, Ahlbyt will repair or replace faulty parts free of charge for the first 12 months and for an additional 12 months if you opt for the extended coverage.
